we headed to the pumpkin patch today with gabe's preschool class. it was a ton of fun - hayrides, corn maze, and picking a pumpkin from the patch.

Eddies are often found on the edges of fast moving water. You can see an eddie swirling on the surface of the water. Typically, they are calm spots where the downward movement of water is partially or fully arrested - a nice place to rest or to make one's way upstream. (www.wikipedia.com)
