I was a little worried this afternoon when all of a sudden gabe decided he really didn't want to be a firefighter for Halloween, but wanted to be a ladybug. He even put on makena's costume for a while and was very adament that makena wanted to be a firefighter. I'm not sure what convinced him to change, but was very thankful it didn't have to turn into a wrestling match. Here are a few pics before and after the big trick-or-treating event. Gabe loved "getting more and more and more candy", but also loved being the one to hand out the candy to all the creatures that came to our door and shouting a mixture of "happy halloween/ happy birthday" at them.

I wish I had a fireman costume! Or at least the cool boots...they could come in handy in the snow!
